well. a year later, i haven't touched the raku tile arranging previously shown. i will be back at it soon. i will, i will, i will. (a little self motivation happening here) it isn't that i don't love it and don't want to do it. it is just that i lack a prepared space. so, with my father's now up and running anagama kiln, there will be more colors to experiment with and a another motivation to prepare a space! what i have absolutely loved about creating the tile pieces and the jewelry is arranging. there is something that delights my little heart about having a bunch of beautiful pieces and puzzling over, arranging, rearranging them. the order, the position....

in this post, i am chronicling a few pieces of jewelry that i've had the pure joy of creating. all beads and pieces were hand crafted by me. you will see raku beads paired with glass beads and metals. i did not create the chain. (soon though?)
